Our crossfit classes incorporate elements of weightlifting, gymnastics and bodyweight exercise, and typical cardio. Each class runs for 60mins, including a warm-up, workout briefing, coaching through movements, and a cool down.

New members can expect to get hands on assistance from our coaches and loads of support from other members. 

It’s more than your typical workouts and way more fun than slogging away on the treadmill with your headphones on while you stare at screens playing random music videos.
