This month we will be taking on a different kind of challenge. We all work hard when we are in the gym but their are so many other factors that affect how we look, feel, and perform. There are 23 other hours in the day where you need to be looking after yourself to get the most out of life.
Take the Challenge and change your eating habits. Not just to lose weight but so you have more energy in the day, you have better focus at work, and so you can push harder in workouts and you get the most you can out of them. We will be following the Whole30 program which essentially boils down to the following:
- Eat Real Food!
- No Sugar
- No Alcohol
- No Grains
- No Legumes
- No Dairy
- No re-created Junk Food (using healthy ingredients to make “treats”)
