Getting Started


Give us a call and set up a time to meet a coach and check out our facilities. Or, if you just want to come and try us out, we offer FREE trial sessions to all newcomers, check out the TIMETABLE to book in.

Before starting classes it is important that you are injury free and ready to exercise.

Our Free Intro Classes run every Monday and Wednesday night. Our friendly coaches will take you through a warm up, a simple workout, and then provide you with more information on signing up and our next foundations course.

Foundations Courses

We regularly run Foundations courses to provide new members an opportunity to learn the fundamental movements in a non-intimidating environment. Our focus here is on safety and efficiency of movement.

We recommend coming to our Free Intro Class to get a taster of what we do and our friendly coaches will be able to assess what level you are at before starting the Foundations course. To book in to one of our Free Intro Classes click here

‘Private’ Prep Course – $200:

Available to New Members

This consists of you and a coach working together one on one until you are sufficient at the fundamental movements used at Instinct Fitness, this typically takes 6-8 one hour sessions. Generally people choose this option who can not make the times listed above for our 'Group' classes.

One quick note….. If you think what we do is too intense and not for you, please come in and give it a try. All of our workouts can be scaled for ANY individual!
