Weightlifting

Deadlift (20-10-10)

Deadlift program: Complete 20 reps ‘touch and go’ at 50% of 1RM followed by 2 sets of 10 reps.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Every 2mins for 24mins

1: 10 Burpees + 70 Double Unders

2: 10 Handstand Push Ups/15 Push Ups + 20 Pistols/30 Air Squats

3: 10 Hang Cleans 60/40kg + 10 Pull Ups
Rx+ option is available for those who choose to scale up movements e.g. Chest 2 Bars, Strict/Deficit HSPU, Heavy Hang Cleans.
