5 Squat Jumps

5 Push Ups

Then:

20 Shoulders Taps

Metcon

10 Rounds

200m Run or 75 Double Unders or 15 Burpees

10 Dumbbell Overhead Squats

[Cap: 20min]

Rx: 22.5/15kg

Find something you can hold overhead while squatting. If unable to perform overhead squats, sub for goblet squats.
