Every 2 minutes complete one round of:

8 Burpee Box Jump Overs

8 Hang Snatches

8 Thrusters

Rx: 50/35

Scale as needed. Each new round starts every 2 minutes so the faster you get the work done the more rest you get. You should be aiming to finish the first 3 rounds between 1:00 and 1:30. But this workout will be won be whoever has the most mental toughness.
