5 Slow Controlled Push Ups

10 V-Ups

20 Air Squats

20 to 1 Push Ups

1 to 20 Sit Ups

*Round 1 perform 20 Push ups and 1 Sit up, round 2 perform 19 push ups and 2 sit ups, continue in this fashion until you finish with 1 push up and 20 sit ups.
