EMOM of Power Snatches –

0-5: 5 reps, Return the bar to the hip before lowering to the ground

6-10: 5 reps, Return the bar directly to the ground without touching the hip

11: Max Reps in one unbroken set
All sets mist he unbroken.

The reps and technique will dictate the weight, dont go heavier than what you can handle.
