12 Single Arm Alternating Hang Squat Snatch

8 Box Jumps, step down

Rx: 22.5/15kg

Scaling: Find something you can safely take overhead with one hand. Squat Snatch can be subbed for Power Snatch.

If you don’t have a box perform squat jumps instead.
