Membership Cancellation Policy – Terms & Conditions

By submitting a cancellation request, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Notice Period: A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for all membership cancellations. Any cancellation requests submitted with less than 14 days’ notice may result in one additional billing cycle before the cancellation takes effect.
  2. Final Billing: If your cancellation request falls within your current billing cycle, your membership will remain active until the end of that cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused time once a billing cycle has started.
  3. Outstanding Payments: Any outstanding balances on your account must be settled prior to the cancellation being finalized. Failure to settle outstanding payments may result in additional charges or collections.
  4. Contractual Obligations: If you are within a contractual membership term, early cancellation may result in a termination fee unless otherwise specified in your membership agreement. Please review your contract for specific terms.
  5. Access to Services: Upon the effective date of your cancellation, access to the gym, classes, and all associated services will be terminated.
  6. Rejoining: Should you decide to rejoin after cancellation, you may be required to pay any applicable enrollment fees.
