Membership Hold Policy – Terms & Conditions

By submitting a hold request, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Hold Duration: Membership holds are available for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months. Any requests outside these durations will need to be discussed directly with management.
  2. Notice Period: A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for all hold requests. Requests submitted with less than 14 days’ notice may not be processed in time, and regular billing may continue until the hold is applied.
  3. Billing: During the hold period, no charges will be applied to your account. However, your membership billing cycle will automatically resume at the end of the hold period unless you notify us in advance of any changes. Any unused paid days prior to the hold will be credited upon resuming your membership, adjusting your next bill date accordingly.
  4. Membership Access: While on hold, access to the gym and all associated services will be suspended. Regular access will resume once the hold period ends.
  5. Reactivation: Your membership will automatically reactivate at the end of the hold period unless otherwise arranged with management.
  6. Contractual Obligations: If you are on a contract, the hold period does not count toward fulfilling the term of your contract. The end date of your contract will be extended by the duration of the hold.
